This Blood Orange Panna Cotta is an easy, no bake dessert that feels elegant but is surprisingly simple to make. It is infused with fragrant blood orange zest and topped with freshly squeezed blood orange juice. It’s light, smooth and perfectly balanced between sweet and fresh.
Coconut-Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta
Coconut and vanilla bean go really well together, so I had to try them in a Panna Cotta. I topped it with some passionfruit and it turned out really nice. It’s super easy to make and you don’t even need to bake anything. A simple summer dessert that looks a bit fancy but isn’t hard at all.
