Lemon Strawberry Trifle

This lemon strawberry trifle is made with soft sponge cake, lemon custard, fresh strawberries and sweetened whipped cream. The lemon custard is mixed with whipped cream to make a layer that’s not too heavy. It’s an easy dessert to put together and it’s great for spring or summer.

Yogurt and Strawberry Chocolate Cake

This summer dessert is layered in a box with chocolate cake, a simple yogurt mascarpone cream, fresh strawberries, strawberry compote and a bit of milk chocolate ganache on top. It’s super easy to put together and perfect for summer. You can even make it ahead and store it in the fridge. :)

Coconut-Caramel Tres Leches

This Coconut-Caramel Tres Leches Cake is my idea of the perfect summer dessert. It’s sweet but still light and refreshing. It’s soaked in coconut milk, topped with a layer of caramel and a layer of whipped cream. I really hope you give it a try!

Tiramisu inspired Tres Leches Cake

If you love Tiramisu and Tres Leches, this dessert brings the best of both worlds. It’s soft, soaked and topped with a creamy frosting. It’s just like traditional Tres Leches, but with the coffee and mascarpone flavors of Tiramisu. I wanted something a little different but still familiar and this combo turned out really good.
